*A support contract with guaranteed response times requires the purchase of prepaid support hours. If you do not wish to purchase prepaid support, our standard rate of $90/hr applies and no guarantee of response time can be made. Prepaid support blocks are based on a one year term. Any remaining balance must be used before the end of the term or be forfeited. Customer may cancel the support contract by providing enlightek 30 days written notice. In this case, any unused balance is refunded to the customer.

What is RemoteAdmin?
Our RemoteAdmin solution allows you to outsource your computer and network system support to enlightek. We use the latest technologies to manage your entire network remotely over secure data connections whenever possible. This allows companies that require as-needed computer help or small to midsize firms considering hiring an IT staff to hire us instead at a fraction of the cost. As a "full-service" consulting company, we can remotely administer everything from firewalls, to PC's, mail servers and data backups. Users in your office will have access to web-based helpdesk tools to open tickets with enlightek on issues they are having, immediately paging a technician to assist them. Most times the technician can connect to the user's workstation remotely, fixing the problem without having to make an onsite call.

Tools
Users at your office can login to our customer site to access helpdesk tools. There they can open tickets and track their progress and resolution. Users designated as "admins" can view all opened and resolved tickets for your entire office, as well as the cost of each ticket and the office's remaining support balance.
