Remote and On-site Computer Support

Whether as-needed computer support or an IT staff is required, at a fraction of the cost, enlightek will ensure every employee’s computer need – large or small – is solved.

enlightek is “full-service” – administering firewalls, PCs, software applications, servers and data backups. Users in your office have access to web-based help desk tools to open tickets, immediately paging a technician to assist them. We install remote monitoring agents on all systems we manage to proactively prevent and monitor for issues.  Most times the technician can connect to the user’s workstation remotely to fix the problem. If not, a prompt on-site visit will be made.

A client called with a non-responsive server that was severely hampering work. A
technician was working on the problem within 45 minutes of the initial call and had the issue
troubleshot and resolved within 2.5 hrs. The technician was able to complete all work remotely
.

YEARLY PREPAID SUPPORT – Purchase a block of hours, and then pay as more are needed. Remote support is deducted from the block in 1/4 hr. increments, onsite support visits are deducted in 1/2 hr. increments.

Managed services agent fee – $120/yr. per node

*A support agreement and the purchase of prepaid support hours is required for businesses.

MONTHLY SUPPORT FOR SMALL BUSINESSES – Managed services fee includes licensing for remote agents (up to 10 nodes), systems monitoring and patch management. All labor is billed at $95/hr and invoiced on completion of work. Nodes (PC’s, Mac’s or servers) in excess of 10 are billed at $15/mo. per node.
