Purchase a block of hours, and then pay as more are needed. Remote support is deducted from the block in 1/4 hr. increments, onsite support visits are deducted in 1/2 hr. increments.

Managed services fee includes licensing for remote agents (up to 10 nodes), systems monitoring and patch management. All labor is billed at $110/hr and invoiced on completion of work. Nodes (PC’s, Mac’s or servers) in excess of 10 are billed at $15/mo. per node.
